MEDITATION CUSHIONS
Meditation cushions are carefully hand-sewn by members of the Sonoma Mountain Zen Center community using high quality, durable black blazer poplin. Zafus are filled with 100% kapok fiber. Zabutons and support cushions contain cotton batting. Chair seat wedges are foam-filled.

BELLS & GONGS
Bells and gongs are available in a variety of sizes to suit your needs. Brass bells come complete with a sewn cushion and your choice of a wood or brocade striker. Bells and dark metal gongs can be purchased by themselves or in sets including a cushion and leather striker. All our gongs are made in Japan and have excellent tone. Note: Cushion colors vary and are based on availability.

ORYOKI SUPPLIES
One of the few essential items carried by Japanese monks. We offer sets of three Oryoki bowls carved from beautiful mahogany wood as well as durable plastic bowls, which can be purchased with or without cloths and utensils.
