Dharma talk will be given by Uji Markiewicz, Abbot of Kannon Sangha Warsaw, Poland. Uji Mikolaj has been a student of Jakusho Kwong-roshi since 1986. In 2003, he received Tokudo ordination. In 2015, he received lineage transmission from Jakusho Kwong-roshi at Sonoma Mountain Zen Center. On May 7, 2016, there was a public Mountain Seat Ceremony installing him as Abbot and spiritual leader of Kannon Zen Center in Warsaw, Poland. Uji also works closely with the Benedictine Monastery in Lubin, Poland, leading retreats.
